【Taikou Bento】

We present one dish from each of five dining styles — Sushi, Sumibiyaki, Kaiseki, Teppanyaki, and Tempura — arranging the experience as if each were a "station." The bento box, named the "Taiko Bento" in memory of Taiko Hideyoshi who built Osaka Castle, is decorated with the gourd (hyotan) motif from his horse banner. Chef Maeda will guide you on a short culinary trip through the five dining rooms of Hanagatami.

※ Cancellation or changes on the reservation day will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the food and beverage charge. For reservations of 10 or more people or private room reservations, a 70% cancellation fee for cancellations on the previous day and a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations two days before will be charged.
